Dine in style, surrounded by the panoramic views in the spectacular sunlight-filled Tiara Restaurant, situated on the historic Niagara-on-the-Lake Harbour. Summer in Ontario seems to be the shortest season so to make the most of it, we’re encouraging everyone to eat outside as much as possible. For your terrance* dining enjoyment Executive Chef Marc Lyons creates a unique menu every day that focuses on quality ingredients like local market fresh vegetables and proteins plus fresh Newfoundland seafood. Chang Noi's Thai Cuisine (Green Curry Chicken over Rice)

"CHANG" means ELEPHANT and NOI means BABY or LITTLE. So CHANG NOI is LITTLE ELEPHANT. Elephant is believed to be the Honored and Lucky Animal of the Great King and his Warriors in Thai History and Culture for hundreds of years. The Image of White Elephant was the symbol on the Thai National Flag during 1855-1916. We named our restaurant “Chang Noi’s” by two main reasons; we would like to be a transportation taking you to know more about Thailand starting from the food along with cultures and we would like to help saving and nurturing our HONOURED and LUCKY animal. From the starting gate to the finish line, Flamboro Downs presents a unique and entertaining outing for individuals and groups alike. Parking and admission is always FREE. Niagara Food Specialties Inc. (Prosciutto and Capocollo)

“Niagara Food Specialties are makers of artisan food products. The focus is on southern Ontario Pork that is Certified Organic or Certified humanely treated and naturally raised without administering anti-biotics or growth promotants. The Pingue brothers preserve the meat only using natural sea-salt and no other chemical preservatives. The meat is then aged.

At the Passion Event will be featured 24-month old Pingue Prosciutto served on a grissino breadstick.” (see more)
